Privacy policy

The controller of personal data is Quantum Code, Split, Croatia.

For any question about personal data, write to info@quantumcode.hr.

This site collects personal data only when you send it yourself through the contact form or by email:

• your name
• your email address
• company name (optional)
• type of service and approximate budget (optional)
• the content of your message

We use the data only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a)).

We do not use the data for newsletters, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 12 months after the last message. If we sign a contract, business correspondence and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@quantumcode.hr, after which we delete any data we are not legally required to keep.

When you apply for a job we process your name, email address, chosen field, the link you provide, your message and your CV if you attach one. We use them only to select candidates.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an employment or service contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Applications that do not lead to working together are deleted no later than 6 months after receipt.

The site relies on the following processors, with standard contractual clauses in place where required:

• Vercel Inc. (site hosting; processes technical request data, including IP address, to deliver and protect the site)
• Resend (delivery of the contact form message to our email address)

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. That is why there is no consent banner here.

Your browser stores only your choice of light or dark theme, locally. That value never leaves your device.

At any time you have the right to:

• request access to your data and a copy of it
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request erasure
• request restriction of processing, or object to it
• request data portability
• withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
