01 / Challenge
Split is best discovered on foot, but a group tour runs on its own schedule and a paper guide does not know where you are standing.
The goal was a guide that runs on the phone a visitor already has, with no app store download, and tells the story at the exact spot where it happened.
02 / Approach
The app is mobile-first and web-based: it opens from a link or a QR code and works straight away.
Content matters as much as code. The narration scripts are professionally written and prepared for studio recording.

Four tours
Diocletian's Palace, Old Town, Hidden Split and Split by Night. Each with its own route and stops.

A map that leads
A Mapbox map shows the route and the next stop, with narration tied to location.
- 03
Freemium and white-label
Part of the content is free, the rest is unlocked. A white-label version for hotels and agencies is planned.
